We love Laura. She is soft spoken with Monte and he really responds to her. The training is in good chunks that we can handle. Monte is making remarkable progress. We are hopeful that he will get all the new training and be sucessful. Our trainer has been flexible with our hours and days. She praises us as well as our dog. I think Monte is learning faster than us. I like that the training happens right in our house and neighborhood.
