Both Trainers were fantastic. Samwise looked forward to their visit each weekend. Sammy is a very stubborn dog and we were worried that he may be untrainable. Sammy got better and better each week and is now listening to our commands on a consistent basis. This includes greeting new people at the door, which is VERY hard for him because he loves everybody. Our journey isn't over but I'm confident with the tools that we were given, Samwise will continue to make consistent progress, and we look forward to being able to take him out into public so he can meet everyone!
