We were looking for a Christmas present for our daughter, Peyton, and a fellow employee at my husband's work found a ten week old golden lab puppy for sale. On Dec 21, 2014, we drove down to Seattle and picked up our early Christmas present. Sammie was tiny, lovable and only 20 lbs when she came to our house. Sammie went through puppy training at PetSmart and she learned a few tasks. We saw a GOT SIT? brochure at our veterinary clinic and decided to give it a try. We wanted Sammie to learn basic commands (come, sit, fetch, etc.) but she was starting to jump on us and scratch our walls. We wanted better behavior and have some fun with our dog. So, we had 5 one-on-one training sessions with AJ and Anthony. We have seen improvement in Sammie's behavior. Overall, the experience has been amazing and we hope to attend some classes to improve Sammie's social skills with other dogs and environments.
We enjoyed the experience of 'Got Sit' dog training due to the excellent skills of AJ and Anthony. Both trainers gave us their own experience with the program which helped our family understand how to apply the training to fit our family's goals. My husband (Nate), daughter(Peyton) and I have been working on developing Sammie's skills. We have recommended the program to our friends.
