Michael and Patti were looking for a new puppy. While looking online they came across a private owner who had 3 adorable Havanese / Chihuahua mix for sale. We called the owner’s. Michael thought Patti was out of her mind but they drove one and a half hours to Bellingham just to look. Right…..
We instantly fell in love with all three and bought them on the spot.
All three were female. Mia was black and White, perfect for our Granddaughter Jessica who lived with us. Maddi (the runt) was black white with a light brown muzzle. Perfect for Joyce our daughter who also lived with us. Mykka (the largest) was campaign with black tipped ears and perfect for Michael and Patti.
Boy didn’t we get lucky. All three checked out to be very healthy. The vet gave all three a clean bill of health.
At 8 weeks old potty training began. Oh what fun!
It's hard to believe that only 2 months ago we were wondering how we would be able to become effective trainers for our three 8 week old female puppies. After being introduced to Got Sit through our local vet we called and talked Marvin. He came to our home and explained that training would begin early for these three.
In just two months we now have learned how to teach our puppies how to become the little darlings we needed them to be. Today they are learning how to listen to us. How to be attentive 101. That was really a big one for them to learn. Without this knowledge our puppies would not have learned much else. Anthony stared us out with three simple commands. Come, place and sit. Wow, we would use these three commands many times every day. It was unreal just how quickly they learned this. Just like little sponges, they are so willing to learn! Got Sit made it so easy for us to comprehend the system they use to train and in doing so we have lovely and well behaved pups. Thank you Got Sit!
